Ikigai Design is where a design on a piece of paper can become a product in your hand, delivered in bulk right at your doorsteps. We are backed with 20 years of hands on design experience with various export houses over a span of 20 years. The founder -Shraddha Negi is a Textile Designer, A NIFT Alumina, who went back to her home town Uttarakhand-Dehradun to follow her calling, her IKIGAI (purpose or reason for being) We undertake end to end projects where we try to incorporate storytelling as an essence of design. Recent examples are Uttarakhand Bhawan Project in Delhi and Farzi Café , where we instilled the essence of Uttarakhand in our work. We love connecting with our roots, culture and craft. Through our startup we wish to create vocal for local opportunities not only in Dehradun but all 13 districts of Uttarakhand. We also have a brand by the name of Juicy Apron where we tell stories with products, creating local work possibilities and opportunities we create a designer line of kitchen linen and table linen inspired by our state uttarakhand.
