A note on the source's own arithmetic
The scheme reports Rs 578.9 crore as disbursed to startups, which is more than its own total-disbursed figure of Rs 526.4 crore. The first and second application blocks overlap in the government's data, so the two are not directly comparable. We publish the inconsistency rather than quietly averaging it away, and we treat the approved figure as the reliable one.
The same file lists 193 incubators, of which 18 publish a disbursement but no approved amount at all. Those rows are not on this page, because approved against disbursed is the whole comparison and summing the two sides over different populations would produce a ratio describing nobody. Between them they report Rs 12.7 crore disbursed. Excluding them does not move the approved total by a rupee.
This is the only hard money on this site. Everywhere else we hold evidence classes, not amounts. How we counted.
