In their own words

The textile industry faces a critical challenge in managing effluent rich in salts like NaCl and Na₂SO₄, generated during processes such as scouring, bleaching, and dyeing. While Tamil Nadu’s mandate for Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) has significantly improved water recovery, it has also led to the accumulation of substantial quantities of mixed salts, creating an unsustainable disposal problem. For instance, as of March 2023, the accumulated salt in the textile sector exceeded 1,62,039.8 metric tons. To address this pressing issue, M/s. WaterMight Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. has pioneered a groundbreaking solution: a lab-scale plant based on an Integrated Process with Dual Electrolyser (iPD Electrolyser). This innovative system is designed to recover valuable resources—alkalis and acids—from mixed salts, converting waste into reusable materials while achieving Zero Solid Discharge (ZSD).

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A startup existing here means a startup exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
