In their own words
We are building a deep tech ultra-precision laser texturing machines for creating 2D and 3D designs on the printing cylinders. We are the first in India to build the machine for this application. These cylinders are used in lots of different industries to print or to emboss the designs. These cylinders must be made repeatedly as they are consumed/damaged after few months of usage. After years of research and development, we can make a machine that can make these cylinders in India. We import more than $20 million worth of these cylinders every year from various European countries, China, Japan, USA etc. In addition to that, there are several products that we import directly instead of manufacturing in India due to unavailability of such machine. Building such a machine requires extreme multi disciplinaries expertise in fields of different engineering such as Mechanical, Laser and Optics technologies, sophisticated electronics, computer graphics and software engineering. It requires extremely precise mechatronics components to match with nano second integration of all fields.
