Arogriha is a telemedicine application with user-facing UI interfaces for clinics, doctors and patients integrated with edge-integrated, federated machine learning pipelines to leverage the access to demographic-sensitive, authentic, real-world data obtained during virtual, in-clinic consultations to train Machine Learning models for clinical assistance, early diagnosis, disease prediction etc., AI use-cases and other Generative AI use-cases like treatment recommendations. The vision of Arogriha is to serve as a robust, multi-modal, ABDM compliant data infrastructure for speciality-specific clinical decision support systems. And with real-time monitoring of critical vitals and other health parameters in a single dashboard healthcare providers are empowered to seamlessly delivery personalized healthcare to patients. It also digitizes each stage of patient lifecycle management from triage to post-operative care and continuum-care for in-patient and out-patient cases. With a mobile first approach it also aims to connect rural patients to urban doctors via teleconsultations utilizing PHC representatives as intermediaries conducting these "guided consultations".
