In their own words

Youngsters of Hyderabad Youth Welfare Association (YOHYWA) is a registered non-governmental organization established to promote structured entrepreneurship, youth economic empowerment, and sustainable enterprise development. The organization operates its incubation activities primarily through its flagship ecosystem initiative titled “Vyaparasetu” — an integrated MSME and startup enabling platform.Vyaparasetu is designed as a structured entrepreneurship bridge (“Vyapara” – Business, “Setu” – Bridge) that connects early-stage entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises, self-help groups (SHGs), and first-generation founders with mentorship, compliance assistance, operational structuring, vendor access, and market linkage opportunities. The initiative focuses on formalizing grassroots enterprises into legally compliant, scalable, and financially disciplined business models.Under the Vyaparasetu framework, YOHYWA provides non-equity incubation support including business model validation, regulatory guidance (GST, FSSAI, MSME registration, etc.), supply chain alignment, branding advisory, and financial literacy training. The ecosystem particularly encourages youth-led startups, women entrepreneurs, and emerging MSMEs from semi-urban and rural backgrounds. The incubator operates on principles of lawful business conduct, financial transparency, structured documentation, and sustainable growth planning. Through Vyaparasetu, YOHYWA aims to build an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem aligned with the objectives of Startup India, MSME promotion, and Atmanirbhar Bharat by enabling responsible and scalable enterprise creation.
