On the occasion of Republic Day, on January 26, 2021, ICT inaugurated it’s Starup incubation centre, “ICT-NICE, The S. M. Mokashi Incubation Centre for Nurturing Innovations and Catalysing Entrepreneurship”. ICT-NICE is a Section 8 not-for-profit company to foster entrepreneurship amongst the ICT Students and faculties. ICT-NICE currently hosts 10 incubatees and 12 pre-incubatees in the areas of chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, food technology, biotechnology, green technology and education. ICT-NICE has recently been awarded the prestigious Inclusive Technology Business Incubator (NIDHI-iTBI) grant by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
