The Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Business Modelling (CIIBM) is a dedicated vertical within the Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), established to drive innovation and nurture technology-driven startups in Jammu and Kashmir. Set up by the JKEDI, CIIBM aims to foster a vibrant startup ecosystem through comprehensive incubation support. The Centre provides an enabling environment with resources and infrastructure to support startups in bringing their ideas to life. JKEDI, with a broader mandate to cultivate an entrepreneurial culture across the region, promotes startup growth through initiatives like awareness and orientation programs, startup funding, and business development services. The Institute also works closely with educational institutions to encourage youth towards entrepreneurship, offers skill enhancement, consultancy, and access to a network of national and international partners, strengthening Jammu and Kashmir’s position as a hub for innovation and enterprise.
