Xewali Foodz Private Limited is a women-led Assam-based food processing startup building a decentralized farm-gate processing model for Northeast India, Himalayan states and other underserved hinterland regions. The startup uses compact thermal processing, low-temperature drying and water-based processing technologies to convert fruits, spices, botanicals and honey into premium value-added food and wellness products. Our model aims to reduce post-harvest losses, improve farmer income realization, support micro-entrepreneur/FPO-led processing units, and create scalable B2B, D2C and government-linked market access.
