Street-level coordinate, derived from a registered address in Siri Fort. We print the registered office as filed with the MCA, trimmed of contact details; it never appears in a report or an export, and a request from the company removes it within two working days.
This is the registered office on the company's own MCA filing, which is the address printed above. A registered office is frequently a founder's home, and it is not necessarily where the company works.

In their own words
Merchants or existing D2C brands want to expand their business rapidly, however, they have limited bandwidth to access to large audience and large distribution network, and this hampers the growth. On the other side, there are young well networked budding entrepreneurs who want to build e-commerce business, but have limited resources to access a wide network of merchants or D2C brands, and at times despite having this dream, they end up taking up what comes their way. Wohwaala provides an e-commerce market place platform which intends to bring merchants closure to the market by making available their products to millions of young budding entrepreneurs who want to set up e-commerce market place. This will help the merchants and D2C brands to focus on their core which is product development, and will help the budding entrepreneurs to set up their own e-commerce stop and build business. As a market place Wohwaala wants to target all new and upcoming start-ups in D2C space as merchants, who are setting up their D2C platform and help them scale up their business a faster pace. As growth agents, Wohwaala wants to target all well networked individuals, especially women who are engaged in network marketing and are in the age group of 18-40 years, and who are passionate about building their own business with option of multiple merchant products available to them for offering to their consumers. This way Wohwaala will be able to help promote ‘Make in India’ and develop MSME segment and at the same point in time develop millions of entrepreneurs and provide them with sustainable living. Both these have capability to generate millions of direct and in-direct employments and propel the future growth of India. Wohwaala will also provide the merchants with customer insights and feedback so as to further improvise on their product. It will also provide them dashboards to track their orders, shipment and payment. On the other side, Wohwaala will provide the go to market training to budding entrepreneurs to promote their market place and to engage and convert their queries to sales. It will also give them inputs on the product pricing, margins and profitability. Wohwaala will also provide a dashboard to the growth agents to track end to end consumer journey from promotion to conversion to order to shipment and delivery to their earnings. Wohwaala wants to make its tool simple and easy for both merchants and growth agents, so that anyone with little understanding of social media can upload products, create catalogues and start their business. Its intents to reach merchants in every nook and corner of India and provide them with a medium to offer their products to consumers across the globe. Over a period of time, Wohwaala wants to move the entire platform to a mobile based app so as to ensure that both merchants and agents can do business on the go. With the ever-growing digitalisation of India and availability of mobile internet in far flung places in India, accompanied with the growing awareness and ever-increasing needs of Indian consumer, Wohwaala feels that there is a huge potential to help propel the growth for India through their platform.

What we do not know
- no website on file
- no funding signal of any kind
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A startup existing here means a startup exists, not that a business is trading.
