We are focused on manufacturing machine vision cameras and products for food processing inspection, grading and sorting of grains, seeds and other bulk products. Our products are indigenously designed using highly reliable vision sensors with cutting-edge image processing and machine learning technologies. Our R&D is focused in developing "smart-at-the-edge" technologies that are adaptable to regional and international product variations. NOVA SORTERS is a first of its kind indigenous technology product used in food grains inspection for its color, size and shape profiles. We use the most advanced vision and detection systems that allow as low as 0.2mm defect detection. With our high speed image processing algorithms, customers have the unique feature to select color, size and shape profiles for grading the food grains. Our machine learning based smart reject algorithm brings the best rejection ratio in the industry and with a consistent performance throughout the grading and sorting process. NOVA SORTERS also has inbuilt IoT and Cloud connectivity elements that minimize the down time which enables quicker turn-around for maintenance and service needs.
