WhizDM Innovations Private Limited (“WIPL”) is in the business of IT development and mobile application development. The company also provides software solutions and technology services. The Company has developed a suite of mobile apps. The mobile apps provide personal financial management tools to the individuals to manage their personal finances such as tracking income, expenses, savings, upcoming bills etc. The Company is also a technology service provider for banks and NBFCs, through mobile apps developed by it. The mobile apps developed by the Company enable banks and NBFCs to introduce credit products to users of the mobile app through digital means. The apps act as a channel through which users can digitally access credit products being offered by the NBFCs and banks. It also provides the platform where in lenders can provide the loan digitally through verifying all the documents digitally including physical verification being done through GPS location. The Company has developed technology which helps the lender to evaluate whether to provide a loan or not to the end customer desiring the loan and pricing of the same based on the algorithm.
