WashTym is India's first self-service, IoT-enabled wash-and-dry laundry startup purpose-built for workplaces, hostels and co-living spaces. Incorporated on 23rd March 2026 and led entirely by its women Designated Partners, the company addresses one of urban India's most persistent everyday problems - the time, cost and space required to wash and above all, dry a full week's laundry. Unlike conventional laundry services or consumer laundromats, WashTym provides both washing and hot drying as an integrated offering. Its kiosks are fully self-service and operator-free: a user books a slot on the mobile app, scans a QR code at the machine and the cycle begins automatically (if there are funds available in the wallet), with real-time notifications through to completion. Support is done via AI Voice Agents & Human Agents combination if in case of any issues faced. The platform is delivered to employers and institutions as a B2B2C offering for their employees. The packaging of this solution is what makes it super unique. With No capex involved from the enterprises/workspaces, it becomes an easy decision for the businesses. WashTym offers three different engagement models as well namely “Fully Sponsored”, “Co-Sponsored” & “WashTym Powered”.
