The business of the company shall be in two broad verticals/divisions viz., 1. Structural manufacturing and tech support 2. Aviation Business Consulting STRUCTURAL MANUFACTURING: 1) Manufacturing structural spares and fasteners (various split pins, cotter pins, gaskets, washers), thus addressing the gap of imports in the aviation industry. The spares manufacturing and tooling support component is built around dual expertise of the promoters in structural manufacturing and operations consulting. It allows an integrated approach to clients’ needs with significant potential in reduction in maintenance cost increasing competitiveness as well as adoption of the latest technologies and operational practices. 2) In the technical support/aircraft maintenance space, the company’s expertise in aircraft maintenance of various fleet of aircrafts enables the for the services offered for spares and supplies with the associated logistics support (Including the support for AOG). Beyond this the company would help in meeting the challenging environment faced by airlines, MROs, airport operators, aircraft manufacturers and aviation-related businesses and organizations including comprehensive support from maintenance and operational planning to enhancing productivity by adopting best-in-class practices. AVIATION BUSINESS CONSULTING (1) Start-up Consulting: The company will provide consultancy for the entire cycle from business plan stage till commencement of the first flight covering entry to market and then scaling up. The cover would integrate internal expertise with external resources to provide best-in-class services bringing to the table clarity in understanding potential business segment and strategy to address it. This includes detailed network planning, planning of fleet and operations and assessment of financial outlays and associated risk. The company sees in-depth derived aviation analysis as the key building block to success and would understand and address all relevant aspects to make the airline business promoters vision operational. (2) Restructuring Consulting: The company sees complete restructuring consulting as key to revival and creating profitable growth as also providing the basis of a flexible, fast, and responsive organisational design that would be empowered to continually adapt with the competitive environment. Consultancy packages would analyse the market, key revenue drivers, competitor advantages to arrive at the best initiatives to drive revenues sequencing them to turnaround revenues in the shortest time frame. Simultaneously, operational cost drivers would be analysed to ensure optimisation of utilisation of all assets. (3) Aircraft maintenance consulting: The company would provide engineering services of optimizing the fleet and aircraft maintenance. Leveraging the vast experience of the promoters in aircraft maintenance throughout the globe consultancy would drive savings in airline maintenance costs through identification various drawbacks in maintenance processes. Consulting for implementation of effective planning through emerging methodologies will be offered by the company to reduction of maintenance costs through a reduction of relevant downtime and delays. (4) Market Consulting: The company will offer this both as standalone as well as a supplementary to consulting on starting up, restructuring and maintenance. The company would provide consulting for standard insights, industry projections and analysis on specific business models.
