Building small dark stores to cater radius of 6-8 km. First target would be to cater Delhi-NCR market in next 2-3 years with centralized processing plan. Also On-boarding 1000’s of Dhobis on platform to enhance the reach. Focus will be the retain and with less discounting. As the demand is huge and the prices will be kept at affordable level. Later we can capture to B2B market of office - carpet, curtains etc., export hubs, designers etc. Around 50 dark stores in Delhi-NCR to create a big brand in this region and capturing around 2.5 crore monthly revenue.
