Limited financial resources, restricting their ability to buy in bulk and increasing logistic expenses. Difficulty accessing premium-quality FMCG products due to a fragmented supply chain. Our Solution VelvetSky addresses these issues with a robust, technology-driven FMCG supply chain model: Direct Manufacturer Sourcing: We procure goods directly from trusted manufacturers, cutting out intermediaries and ensuring competitive pricing. Flexible Distribution: Using electric carrier vehicles, we deliver smaller quantities more frequently to retailers, reducing their financial burden and risk of product expiry. Centralized Warehousing: A strategically located central warehouse supports efficient operations across multiple local markets.Technology Integration: Retailers can place orders via a mobile application and manage their customer ledgers transparently with accounting software. Credit Support: A 30-day credit period allows retailers to focus on sales without immediate financial strain.
