USH India Recycler pvt ltd developing a system for efficient e-waste recycling plant in Bihar. We are the only recycler plant in the state. We specifically focusing on e-Waste recycling processing using in-house project implementation with IIT Patna and other research institute. The system would focus of replacing all manual Battery,LCD,Plastic in IT waste and PCB recycling processing. We work for all sort different types of electronics waste, ensuring that the recycling process is streamlined and optimised. Additionally, we could collaborate with all manufacturers unit not only in Bihar near by state likewise UttarPradesh, Bangal, Jharkhand and other recycling facilities. We providing insights and recommendations on how to improve recycling processes and reduce waste. This would not only contribute to a more sustainable environment but also create a market for valuable recycled materials. This includes developing an automate/semi-automatic the disassembly and sorting of e-waste, as well as using of local resource technique to improve battery dismantling techniques and identify potential reuse opportunities. We could also incorporate existing supply chain to provide transparency and traceability throughout the recycling process, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental regulations. This system would help streamline the recycling process, ensuring a more efficient and environmentally-friendly disposal of e-waste materials. we focus on using Indian developed technology with research institute and developed technology transfer methods for recycling printed circuit boards (PCBs) li-on battery process and collaborated (on process 80% completed training needed) with organisations like c-Met Hyderabad, BARC and IIT Patna to establish a comprehensive and sustainable e-Waste recycling process.
