Turnaround Tree (Hirein5 is a product) was incorporated with the aim to turnaround the hiring mismatch faced by companies across the globe, as per various analyst reports. The company has a vision to build the world's largest talent acquisition and recruitment solution in the form of a platform. There are several HR platforms across the globe but none of which address the end to end requirement for solving the most important component of an organization which is hiring people. At Turnaround Tree, the platform that we envision will reduce hiring cycle from several weeks to a matter of hours or 5 days at best. We aim to serve the global market and sell this as platform as a service. Hirein5 is being built based on problem statements from the target market and audience from across the globe. Their feedback has been incorporated into the solution design of the platform. The company will use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to make each step of the hiring process more efficient, seamless, and automated. Hirein5 will aim to address this requirement The company has been founded by Mr Dhruv Jairath, a seasoned global business leader. Dhruv advises companies on Strategy, Growth and Turnarounds. Dhruv holds an executive MBA from INSEAD, and a Masters in International Marketing from the University of Leeds, U.K. Dhruv is also a certified Independent Director from IICA.
