The business plan is about mimicking online performance marketing for e-retail stores/e-commerce to the offline stores/shops/places. Currently all customer acquisition techniques for offline stores are limited to ATL/BTL, print media and supposed value marketing in the online space. Our platform will create the first means to generate measured footfall(traffic) and purchase(conversion) by generating meaningful walk ins through a series of engaging and immersive activities. On one front we are creating the largest platform in India to conduct online scavenger hunt/treasure hunt/escape room/mystery room experience with over 10 different levels and over 100 games regularly updated. Such games / experience are evergreen and excite people of all age group and intellect levels. An important part of these games involve visiting certain nearby places/destinations/stores to collect clue for the next level. The other aspect of the business involves creating a seamless CRM integration to analyze the location based behavioral traits of the users and involve brands to lead to assisted conversions and brand discovery. With subsequent amount of data we should be able to create games specific to pincodes and run them at a scale where we can assure stores on certain number of footfalls and eventual conversions and charge a success fee ( CPA ). Thus establishing ourselves as the most effective customer acquisition channel in the offline space.
