Founded by a Chartered Accountant with a decade of experience, the platform targets India’s 90+ million taxpayers, particularly salaried individuals, who currently rely on fragmented, opaque services. Customers today face unclear pricing, poor communication, no status visibility, and risk of errors due to informal workflows (often managed via WhatsApp with no accountability). TaxEdge solves this through a structured digital platform that combines a customer-facing portal with a backend CRM. It offers a 7-stage guided workflow from onboarding to final filing, complete with real-time status tracking, defined handoffs between preparers and reviewers, and a two-way document system.
