Smytten is changing the way premium products and services are discovered, experienced and purchased via Free Trials for exclusive audience, curated commerce and engaging contentTraditionally, most of the premium brands in India have to heavily rely on offline channels for sampling, which has NO targeting, measurability and engagement. Smytten solves this problem by being India’s first and only request based, members-only trial platform, where users get to try products based on deep affinity targeting. Problems on Demand Side (High end Consumers) : Limited awareness of premium/luxury brands, absence of any direct medium to try the products before making a purchase. Problems on Supply side ( Premium/luxury brands) : Expensive relevant reach and engagement, Poor sampling ROI, Limited data and insights, prevalent counterfeitingCustomer ones come on app , he / she can see multiple products across different categories to try and gets 3 trial points to choose from those products.
