We believe that Yoga does not need to be restrictive and that given the current day and age where people lead a busy lifestyle, Yoga helps with the lifestyle even in a limited role. Everyone should have easy access to Yoga learning and Yoga practice. Self-taught yogis are as good as yogis who have learnt in classes; it all depends upon the person and their understanding and attention to detail and form. Yoga is for everyone, even if it is chosen as a form of fitness.
