Location
Where this is
Startup India records the district. We do not have a street address for this company, and we will not invent one.
The register records this company's district and nothing finer, so the district is what is drawn. No point is shown, because we do not have one.

In their own words
My name is Vishnupriya Adabala. I had started www.smartsoil.co to make urban gardening easy by recycling food scraps into organic and sustainable garden and plant products. As human beings we tend to separate ourselves from nature. We think of ourselves as ‘living on it’ rather than as living parts of it - causing us to display some very anti-social behaviour towards our more rustic neighbours! The bottom line is, it isn’t just plants that grow from the soil - ultimately we all do. So it is essential for all of us to nurture it if we’re to experience the true wealth of health, abundance and well being! The idea was born when I visited my parents place during COVID 19 pandemic in Amalapuram which is a small town in Andhra Pradesh and noticed that a lot of organic waste is going into landfills which could be turned into a black gold and could be used to enrich soil. As a community we have since then managed to create several batches of organic compost over the past year and a half. The simple thought of changing my surroundings gave birth to the idea of bringing better gardening solution to people living in urban areas where they do not have the convenience or the luxury of time to invest in making their plants grow better. So why not bring the solution to their homes.

Limits
What we do not know
- no CIN on file, so no company-registry record is linked
- no incorporation date
- no funding signal of any kind
- no address beyond the district
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A startup existing here means a startup exists, not that a business is trading.
