Wet tissue manufacturing produces wet tissue products such as baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, and general-purpose wipes. The process involves creating a slurry of water and a cleansing agent, such as soap or detergent, which is then poured onto a heated paper roll. The paper is then passed through a series of rollers that press the slurry into the form and dry it. The paper is then cut into individual wet tissue products. To ensure quality, manufacturers often perform quality control tests such as pH, viscosity, and weight tests. Wet tissue products are then packaged and shipped to customers. We also manufacture baby wet wipes and wipes and specialize in producing quality products for customers. We are committed to providing superior quality, safe and effective products that meet the needs of our customers. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all materials used in the production process are of the highest quality and meet our strict standards for safety and hygiene. Our production process includes sourcing raw materials, the formulation of the product, the stringent manufacturing of products and packaging and labelling of the finished product.
