Sheesha Intends to tap this Market under RESCO Model or CAPEX EMI wherein, we do the Initial Investments and signup Long term PPA with them. All projects will go through a Comprehensive Strict Scrutiny to ensure Project's Financial Viability through Financials Strength, 3 years Energy Bill Payments track, Ratings, Industry and growth potential. Risks are optimally Managed as well as Mitigated through: 1) Developer's risks: Off taker needs to submit BG equivalent to 3 to 6 months Bill amount Comprehensive Insurance Policies which cover: 1) Solar Assets from accidents, fire.
