SARVAGYA AYUR AND PHARMA (OPC ) PRIVATE LIMITED is into manufacturing of healthy diet snacks. It is the ONLY company producing healthy snacks like Poha, thick porridge, thin porridge, steam cooked products, fermented breads, unfermented breads, boiled rice-like products, alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages using pearl millets, raagi, jawar, etc. The major products list includes Pearl millet flour, Sorghum flour , Pearl millet flakes ( Poha ), Sorghum flakes ( Poha),Multigrain flakes ( Poha ), Millets chivda , Milk protein enrich excruded bajra snacks The increasing unhealthy life style of people and increasing cardiovascular, heart disease, stress, depression. After studying and observing the life style of the people and decided to solve this problems by healthy diet & increasing the uses of millet so its beneficial for both consumers as well as producer i.e. Farmers. Products that are manufactured are gluten free. Use of pearl millets in snacks makes it healthy to consume for diabetic patients as well. Pearl millet flour can only be stored for short periods because it quickly gets rancid and develops an unpleasant odour. After research it is found that combine processing of hydrothermal treatment and infrared treatment increase the shelf life of pearl millet flour as well as other pearl millet based products, which is practiced by Sarvagya Ayur. The company is taking guidance from Indian Council of Agriculture Research – National Dairy Research Institute (ICAR – NDRI) for product development and R&D facilities. Currently, generating revenue via E-commerce website, own online store, Food malls, Distributor to supply products in their areas, selling in local shops, sell in hotels and restaurants.
