Finally, flour is a key ingredient in making pasta. Wheat has been a staple food for people around the world for a long period of time. It is a tropical grain. It is a primary food for many as it is used in making whole grain bread. There are many benefits of wheat flour when it is included in one’s diet. Research reveals that people who include whole wheat in their daily diet are less likely to face the risk of hypertension and stress. Whole wheat atta stimulates clean blood and elimination harmful bacteria which is why it is considered the best detox diet. Diseases such as headache, joint pain and bloating can be relaxed with the consumption of whole wheat grain Consumption of atta helps in reviving constipation because of the presence of fibre that detoxifies the system and maintains a healthy colon and intestine. Unit will be located at rural area, there is no such type other unit in near by areas. One market survey has also been conducted by Unit with the help of other experienced person regarding the demand, After conducting the survey they found that there is huge demand for flour, it’ll increase in future. The unit is not expected to face any difficulty in running successfully. It has been gathered that consumable items will also transported to meet the short fall of demand in nearest region and allover India. The various factors which determine the consumption in the region are expected rise in the level of population. Presently the gap between demand and supply of flour is made good by obtain items by other cities. The unit can also supply to neighboring retailers of Barabanki, Lucknow. Hence it is expected that The unit will not face any difficulty in marketing envisaged in the project report. The units will be selling the flour directly to the bulk consumers, wholesaler and exports also.
