Market Strategy & Value Proposition Targeting Bangalore’s booming Quick Commerce, Retail, D2C, and HORECA sectors, we solve the critical supply chain gaps of freshness and handling: Farm-to-Fork Speed: Mushrooms are delivered within 6–10 hours of harvest, ensuring premium texture and extending shelf life for retailers. Nutritional Fortification: Our mushrooms are organically grown and UV-treated to naturally enhance Vitamin D content, catering to health-conscious consumers.
