Currently, consumers who need printing service must visit the Printing shop and upload the documents via email or WhatsApp, which poses a big security concern. There are often queues to get their work done, and they often have to wait in them. It is sometimes difficult for the service provider (shop owner) to process the service in a systematic way. There are times when consumers are in a hurry or need a print urgently for legal purposes, but the queue causes them to wait for a long time and prevents them from finishing their important work on time. This manual printing system wastes most of the consumer's time due to crowds and queues. In addition, not everyone has a printer at home. The PrintKarr online platform allows consumers to select their nearest printing shops and place orders by uploading documents that needs to get printed. Moreover, this platform will provide a tracking service for consumers to check the status of their orders. Every order placed will have a unique order id, which will be used to collect the printed document once it has been fulfilled. Upon fulfillment of the order, the documents will be removed from PrintKarr's database. Also, the user is notified after the printer operator has pressed the print button, and the button is then disabled to prevent any security concerns. In order to register a printing shop on PrintKarr, the shop owner must register through our platform and get verified, after which they can open their shop and register their printers.
