Phase 1 • Arrange for Business Loan/Agriculture Loan • Acquiring of Land • Preparing the land as per permaculture design • Total time – 4 to 5 months • Start Date – 1 Jan 2021 • End Date – 31st May 2021 Phase 2 • Start with small Crops – Greens • Few Cash crops – Rice , Ginger. Turmeric , Onion, Garlic • Vegetables – Onions & Tomato • Total time – 3 to 4 months • Buy 2 cows + few hens • Start Date – 1 June 2021 • End Date – 30st SEP 2021 Phase 3 • Preparing land for next set of design • Full phased Farm • Total time – 6 to 12 months • Start Date – 1 Oct 2021 • End Date – 30st SEP 2022
