We are a premium car rental service based out of Guwahati, Assam. We provide uniformed chauffeur driven car services to travellers, corporates and the Government across the North Eastern states of India. Our company, PalanQuin Ecotales Private Limited, has been founded on the pillars of customer satisfaction, transparency, warmth and empowerment. Our aim is to nurture and promote the tourism sector in the North Eastern India, and to provide meaningful employment opportunities to people in the region, while creating value for our stakeholders. At the PalanQuin, guests are assured of immaculately maintained cars filled with all amenities. We follow a policy of including only new cars in our fleet, to give our guests a warm and comfortable ride experience, every time. We follow a system of complete transparency in our pricing and there are no hidden costs. The invoices are computer generated and prices are inclusive of applicable GST rates.Our Unique Selling Proposition include courteous and respectable drivers, clean and safe cars filled with amenities like water bottles, tissue paper, umbrella, air freshener as well as a magazine wherein customers can know about the various places of North East and also check out indigenous products of the region. We plan to expland both horizontally and vertically to include car wash, car garage, hotel bookings and auxilliary travel and tourism related activities
