we have developed new calcium-zinc based economical grade pvc heat stabilizer which replace very carcinogenic lead based stabilizer with batter efficiency and same cost. lead stabiliser used in potable pvc pipes for drinking water is very toxic for human health and environment other option tin based is very costly so need of very economic grade is established by this novel calcium-zinc based pvc heat stabilizer. we have also developed co-stabilizer system to reduced highly costly tin stabilizer dose as a very cost efficient manner. most of tin stabilizer are imported from china which is very expensive so very cost effective solution is neede for the pvc heat stabilizer section to decrease high cost tin stabilizer import from china and usa. we have developed cpvc recycling formulation to used cpvc scrap,road waste and used pvc pipes to again produced same quality pipes. as cpvc is used for production of hot and cold water pipes as demand increase price goes very high so need very useful solution to recycle cpvc scrap and produced nes pipe from scrap.
