Nizae Lifestyle Private Limited is a consumer lifestyle company building two complementary businesses under one supply chain. Our flagship brand, Sigma Code, is a direct to consumer menswear label engineered for the Indian urban professional, offering natural first fabrics, movement engineered fits, and sober yet versatile styling at an average selling price of two thousand three hundred rupees. The company also operates a proprietary artificial intelligence platform for textile testing and quality control that today powers Sigma Code internally and is being prepared for commercial launch as a standalone business to business offering. The company was founded by a team that brings together more than fifteen years of combined experience across fabric sourcing, supply chain operations, business strategy, and engineering. Our founders have previously held leadership roles at established fabric technology and business to business apparel sourcing companies, where they built deep relationships across the Indian and international raw material ecosystem. This insider knowledge of fabric, manufacturing, and operations is what allows Sigma Code to deliver premium natural fabrics at a price point that is accessible to the middle class Indian professional, while simultaneously building a defensible technology layer in textile quality control. Today, Nizae Lifestyle generates revenue across two channels for Sigma Code, with forty percent contribution from direct to consumer and sixty percent from distributor led sales, alongside a recently activated marketplace presence on Myntra under the Rising Star programme with zero percent commission.
