Students are the biggest asset of any nation. Every year millions of student get enrolled in different educational courses. Universities provide them with the finest education. During their education period, the universities also provide them accommodation to make things easier and safer for the students. But are the numbers of seats available in these accommodation options enough? The answer is NO. The number of bed in the on-campus facility is way less than the required number. This invites the private PGs and Hostels to come into the business. Student housing has always attracted the people interested in investing in real estate. But just building of properties is not enough, the main problem is the incapability of catering those properties. To Solve this problem, the property owners, as well as the students, choose the option of Brokers. Brokers do solve their problems up to an extent but not completely, plus they also charge heavily. To solve this problem, We aim to build the largest student living community- Mowglie. Mowglie not only solves property booking and aggregation problem but also enhances the living experience. It aims to build an exclusive map to cater to students in every possible department during their college stay. These departments are Accomodation , Food, Transportation. Mowglie primarily focuses on the accommodation sector and aims to serve in the rest of the departments in the future.
