This valve allows the user to operate the water dispenser by hand and foot simultaneously. This invention having a urinal flushing system/device which has an adjustable water jet nozzle for hand/ urinating body part wash after urination. This invention has a pair of the wide-angle footrest that provides a comfortable standing platform at the time of using water dispenser and urinal/toilet to the user.
