In Lieberearth we conduct independent research to come up with various Sustainable business models to solve most pressing problems in the society. During my work in rural drinking water sector, I have found nitrate in ground water is coming from excessive chemical fertilizer usages. The soil microbial-fungal symbiotic relationship was getting destroyed and as a result water retaining ability of the soil is reducing day by day, thus during heavy rain our soil is unable to hold water and flush it to river from the catchment causing flood in banks. To solve this problem from its roots Lieberearth choose the mitigation method of replacing chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer and establish and a machine learning based flood mitigation technology to transform Indian agricultural sector into a sustainable green organic, eco friendly model. The plan is to transform whole social economic situation of India by 2030.
