To engage in research and development (R&D) activities in biotechnology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, public health, and related scientific disciplines for improving disease detection and control strategies. 5. To collaborate with academic institutions, healthcare providers, research organizations, and public health agencies for product validation, clinical trials, field implementation, and disease surveillance programs.
