Knoldus is a team of smart engineers with a product mindset who work along with your business to deliver a competitive advantage. It was late 2009 and for a few the frustration of working with outsourcing organizations based out of India, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, and Poland was becoming a disappointing experience. More often, there were 3 recurring issues that came up again and again. These issues are Quality of Code, Efficiency of Communication, and Level of Commitment The idea was that, if we are able to tackle these and provide niche solutions to the business community, then that would be a good place to be. We chose Functional Programming as our vehicle. After being with Java for almost 20 years, Functional Programming was a very appealing choice to build the next generation of business products. Soon we were able to add more emerging technologies in our bouquet of the offering by creating a well-orchestrated system of continuous assessing all technologies that help deliver Business impact across different industries. With our constant learning and integration of learning into our projects, processes, and systems, We have been able to build a strong echo system of training and curating fresh engineers coming out of Engineering colleges and make them ready for global opportunities in the emerging technology space. Our passion for delivering quality and high performing software applications have helped many Global / Fortune 500 organizations as well as Startups to deliver outstanding customer service to their end customer and in the process
