The following Sales and Service contact proposal presents the results of extensive analysis, study of "After Sales Service" trends in major IT companies and MNC banks. We believe our proposal provides a complete Sales and Services strategy which will culminate in highly successful results for your business. Kivona has been making inroads in the Sales and Service(Including but not limited to: Maintenance of Hardware and Software) world for last few years. We are an innovative and seasoned group of professionals with experience handling the needs of a variety of clients. Our work in the world top IT and Financial industries have demonstrated significant achievement, and garnered lasting results. We achieved this as an individual contributor working in world top Bangalore based Multi-National companies including IT and Finance sector, and now looking forward to have an independent sales and service division under the control of "Kivona". We hope to provide you with the same outstanding services for your business. The knowledge and experience we gained over last 10 years is our greatest asset of all time. In past we dealt with multiple companies like HP, CANNON, Xerox and used copiers, printers and multi function printers. Every companies are having some prod and cons in their "After sales service". Though it plays an important role in customer satisfaction and customer retention. It generates loyal customers and increase a brand value. Customers start believing in the brand and get associated with the organization for a longer duration. We believe that Xerox is not just a name of the company, “Xerox” is a a genericized trademark- A VERB. We always believe in these 5 critical traits and always hunt for it: Communication: Our technician gives more attention to detail and have excellent verbal/written communication skills. They are excellent in handling stressed-out or angry users and they know how to deal with these types of situations appropriately. Our Experience: We have had an experience with most of the technician where they don't speaks and/or understand the language. They don't even pay attention to the details technical issues. Problem Solving Skills: Out technicians are proactive and poses excellent Problem-solving skills. Many issues are caused by the smallest, almost imperceptible mistakes that will affect the performance. IT technician should have great attention to detail to be able to detect the tiny miscalculation and error. Passion for technology: IT skills: Surprisingly most of the technician are least aware of the terminology and lack of troubleshooting skills. Technology is always changing, and technicians need to be able to keep up in order to solve problems with the latest tech devices, networks, and software in the market. This is easy when they are passionate about technology and always hungry to learn more. The best IT technician is always up to date on the latest tech developments. Self-discipline and Team working: This is important if you need something to be achieved in most effective and efficient way. Time management: Out technician are skilled enough in organizing and planning how to divide time between specific activities. This is important when time is tight and pressure if high. We work closely with Service Level Agreement and Organization level agreement.
