In their own words
WE developed biodegradable polybags based on blends of thermoplastic starch and Low Density Polyethylene. Thermoplastic starch is made from nonfood grade thippi tapioca starch. This product has immense importance in view of the government ban on LDPE polybags having less than 120 micron thickness. THe biodegradable polybags can be made by the traditional extrusion blow film process used for making LDPE polybags. Thus, we can supply biodegradable compound to these industries. We have also plan to make domestic and industrial (hospital and Airport) biodegradable garbage polybags.
