Business proposal to revolutionize IT sector . We are in the process of starting a new company and looking for seed funding. Below is the abstract: With the growing number of start-ups, skilled laborers have many more options than ever before. Their demands are continuously increasing especially in the Software/IT industry. Further, Start-ups need much more variety of skills on a short term basis for their experimental projects. Hiring from consulting firms or project outsourcing to consulting firms are time consuming and prone to errors specially for non-tech founders. Further, the cost of outsourcing is higher compared to full time employees assuming the same quality and ownership. Hence, the traditional approach of full-time employees and outsourcing are not sufficient for the modern growing needs of IT in the industry. Freelancing and gig-economy is becoming successful to these requirements but has failed to bring trust for bigger projects between the companies and the freelancer/gig worker. These require preparation of the industry, confidence among the freelancers and a platform to bridge the gap building trust. We are building a platform for efficiently filling the gaps between the skilled workers and the software demands to efficiently build and maintain software needs of the industry. The same was experimented with a small random survey with exceptional response. It's a trillion dollar industry currently and we expect to fetch an opportunity of $22 billion in decade's time. To be co-founded by Industry veterans in the field of IT and Finance with 15+ years of experience in Tier 1-2 companies. We are looking for a funding of $700,000 (equivalent INR 5 Crore).
