KACHANAR VALLEY RESORTS LLP is developing a 4+ Star Luxury Resort project at Nathdwara, Rajasthan, strategically located between Udaipur and Nathdwara amidst the scenic Aravalli hills. The project proposes to develop a modern hospitality destination with 168 luxury rooms, banquet halls, conference facilities, wellness amenities, restaurants, and recreational infrastructure. The innovation of the project lies in creating an integrated hospitality ecosystem that combines luxury tourism, destination weddings, spiritual tourism (Krishna Corridor one of the flagship scheme of central government), wellness tourism, and corporate hospitality under one destination. The resort aims to address the increasing demand for premium hospitality infrastructure in the rapidly growing Udaipur-Rajsamand tourism corridor. The LLP proposes to adopt technology-driven hospitality management systems, digital booking platforms, smart guest services, and operational automation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The project also focuses on sustainable and eco-friendly tourism by utilizing the natural surroundings of the Aravalli mountains and promoting green hospitality practices.
