Currently, Joshipsv Consulting Services has filed for a Indian patent related to waste management and recycling of polyurethane foam, elastomers etc. The process invented is unique and first of its king in the world as of now. It is innovating way of recycling polyurethane foam and elastomers and bringing back polyurethane in value chain. This innovation will reduce carbon foot prints and resolve issues related to end of life in life cycle analysis. The Joshipsv Consulting services LLP aims to manufacture and commercially utilize its intellectual property related to melt re-processable polyurethane class of polymers made from waste polyurethane foam and elstomers. The post consumer waste management and maufacturing waste management is a major problem. The current methodology of chemical recycling, incineration, landfill and pyrolysis are causing environmental pollution of air, water and land. Our innovation brings back polyurethane in value chain as a immediate step reducing carbon foot prints and adds value to the recycled product. The enormous business potential in this sector will generate both wealth and generate tremendous amount of employment.
