Some difficulties faced by these tourists are They could not buy the same quality spices and other local products once they left this tourist spot. They could not purchase in bulk because of the very high carrying cost. Probelm faced by local farmers and local manufacturers Farmers could not get a reasonable price for their produce because of intermediaries and retail sellers. Local manufacturers are unaware of selling online and digital marketing Retail sellers cannot sell to their shop visitors again once they leave the shop. Jacshin spices private limited started solving problems faced by Thekkady tourists, visitors, local manufacturers, and farmers in the Idukki district. Jacshin spices private limited started to connect to these tourists from across the globe and local farmers and producers from the Idukki district of Kerala. To connect these people and solve the issues in buying and selling, Jacshin spices private limited started an e-commerce website and Mobile app as Keralaspicesonline.com. Jacsshin spices private limited started to sell spices(Directly from farmers to customers), herbs, and local homemade products ( Pickles, Spices powders, chips, ayurveda products), through the Keralaspicesonine.com website and Kerala spices online Mobile app. With the last ten months' operations, we could connect and give services to 20000 customers from different parts of the world and 50 plus local vendors.
