Eco Pest Trap Different pests in crops are attracted to different components. Some of them are attracted to light, some are attracted to certain smells, and some insects are attracted to certain colors. For this reason three types of traps are currently used for insect surveys namely light trap, sticky trap and odor trap. Kantilal has created an 'ecopest trap' that works in all these three ways.
