It helps customers discover where to shop, eat, and spend time in their city, while enabling businesses to attract the right customers at the right moment through a personalised rewards ecosystem. Instead of flat discounts, Hubb allows brands to use flexible, data-driven points to influence walk-ins, repeat visits, and higher spend—based on factors like time, location, customer behaviour, and demand. Customers can earn rewards at one brand, such as a jewellery store, and redeem them at another, like a boutique, café, airline, or experience—creating a connected, city-wide retail and experiences network. Beyond discovery and rewards, Hubb is building a booking layer for in-person experiences including events, sports, dining, entertainment, and travel, allowing users to earn points through everyday shopping and redeem them seamlessly across the ecosystem. Hubb Club enables businesses to collaborate with each other on cross-brand rewards and partnerships, helping offline retailers come together to compete with online platforms. All of this happens without merchants needing to build their own app or change how they operate, while gaining visibility into customer behaviour, demand, and footfall patterns.
