Our state-of-the-art facility has all the advanced technology from reputed manufactures to provide the best quality services. We are focusing on innovation for healthcare research. Vulvovaginitis is quite possibly the most well-known irresistible disease in women's facilities. The significant etiologies of vaginitis are contamination by microbes parasites and trichomonads. Among vulvovaginitis cases brought about by fungi around 80 to 90 percent are because of contamination with Candida albicans. Symptomatic vulvovaginitis was promptly analyzed from microscopic assessment of the vaginal release. The conventional culture technique might be viewed as the norm it requires expertise expensive hardware and a few days to acquire a dependable outcome. We developed laboratory-based two-way methods to detect Candida infection. The first method to develop qPCR based method to time-consuming duplex real time PCR assay using specific primers to derive from highly conserved rDNA sequences and used melting point analysis with sybr green dye. The second method is to develop an immunochromatographic strip to arrange with anti-Candida mannan polyclonal antibody (anti-mannan immunoglobulin IgG and anti-rabbit IgG antibody filling in as the test line and the control line separately. Suspensions of Candida cell densities of 103 to 107 CFU/ml were heated in antigen extraction buffer and subjected to immunochromatography for 20 min. The sample with double red lines is Candida positive, and that a single red line only at the control line is negative.
