Harsha Rohit Finishing School ‘HRFS’ is a hybrid school-in-school program with a 200+ hours curriculum for K12 education and 120+ hours for college education. This is an end-to-end and ready-to-use program for all schools and colleges in India, which is instrumental in providing Life Skills, Soft Skills, Finishing Skills, and Professional Skills under one roof through the strategically developed and copyrighted curriculum by HRFS. This provides students with essential tools, practical exercises, and expert guidance to excel and thrive in their future careers by holistically grooming their personalities and academics. It involves training the teachers of the school/college into delivery partners through their regular orientation by our team of trainers and by providing them with a ready-to-use course curriculum and course content The entire delivery of the program is based on experiential learning The Trainers intervene and provide guidance and deliver master sessions periodically to the faculties and students throughout the academic session to maintain the quality delivery process. At present technical support for curriculum outreach, student upskilling progress, and query solving is provided online however in the future it will be provided through an APP with an AI intervention to monitor the progress of the students with their face and voice recognition and to solve/answer all the queries, the APP will also detect the required/lacking skill of the student and provide the solution to it. It will continuously monitor the progress of each student and motivate them to keep on upgrading different skills. Finishing schools in India is nearly negligible, whereas the demand is high and continuously increasing owing to global requirements in recent times. More so there are no ‘Finishing Schools’ on the campus and the academic set-up (integrated with the school and University education)
