Groove (grocery on the move) by XO-Grocers LLP is the tech startup envisioned by professionally qualified entrepreneur Arshdeep Singh Kochar. The vision of the enterprise is to digitally upgrade and organise the street vending sector and deliver groceries to the consumers through fully loaded Electric Carts enabling the consumer to experience live grocery shopping and handpick each item at their doorstep by hygienically trained and well groomed operators of each cart. The high tech driven web and app enabled booking of delivery will be the hallmark of connecting the consumers with the carts. After the successful implementation of envisioned proof of concept of the project in a defined territory of a few sectors of Chandigarh Tricity, the project would be rapidly expanded to create job opportunity for thousands of workers. The ultimate aim is to directly connect the manufacturers with the consumers cutting across the value chain for the cost benefit of the consumers.
