To carry on the business of using Hot Air Balloons, Microlight Aircrafts, Gliders, Aircraft's, Drones and other aviation equipment not limited to search and rescue operations, supply of relief material in natural calamities, impart aviation training, research & development, advertisement and Joy rides. 2. To establish, run and administer aviation training centers, institutes, schools or colleges for providing teaching, training, counseling, coaching to students/ participants through classes, correspondence, workshops. 3. To start, establish, take over, and or manage aviation academies, pilot training schools, to provide international standard education for pilots, ground staff, cabin crew and maintenance engineers and to provide services in connection thereto. 4. To conduct examinations, tests, and screening of students/ participants through any evaluation process and to confer degrees, diplomas, certificates to students/ participants. 5. To enter into any franchise agreements with other Indian or foreign educational establishments in the aviation industry. 6. To develop, maintain and manage allied resource facilities like libraries, computer centers, simulators and to facilitate and promote research and development activities in the field of aviation. 7. To set up and organise charter flights, tour, air ambulance operations for differently abled and able bodied passengers. 8. To set up an engineering, manufacturing, installation, R&D centre along with maintenance, repair and overhauling for Seaplanes, Aircrafts, Drones, Hot Air Balloons, Microlights, Powered Gliders.
